Mary N. Gadd works as the Senior Pro Bono Coordinator for LASCO. Mary began her career as a law clerk at LASCO (then Legal Aid Society of Columbus) during law school. Most recently, she served as Clerk of Court for the City of Hilliard, and also spent several years as a staff attorney and magistrate with the Franklin County Probate Court. Mary previously worked in higher education at Capital University Law School and The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and also managed her own solo law practice. Mary's experience with pro bono started as a volunteer attorney with LASCO after graduating from law school. She later became the first pro bono coordinator at Capital University Law School and also served as Chair of the Columbus Bar Association Pro Bono Committee.

Mary lives in Hilliard with her husband, Mike. They have three children: Ethan, Maggie, and Louie. They also have three fur babies: dogs, Pepper Potts and Maisie Jo; and cat, William Howard Taft.
