healthcare for five years as well as spending three years specializing in financial counseling and public benefits. Jacob found his passion for helping others grow during this time, and when he learned about LASCO and its mission, he knew it was the perfect fit.
Jacob values the rewarding experience of working in legal aid, where he has witnessed firsthand how the organization truly cares about both its clients and its employees. He appreciates the leadership and the supportive, family-like culture that allows everyone to thrive and exceed their goals.
Outside of work, Jacob and his husband are thrilled to have welcomed their daughter this year and are embracing the joys and challenges of parenthood. The couple shares their home with four dogs, whom they adore, and when they're not busy with their family, Jacob enjoys watching his nieces and nephews play sports and exploring the outdoors.
