LASCO and partners are holding an Expungement Event in Columbus next month, and we need your help!

Central Ohio Brief Advice Clinics at Local Shelters – Ongoing
The need continues for volunteer attorneys at our brief advice clinics held at local shelters in Central Ohio.
Details
- No specific legal specialization is needed.
- Legal Aid staff attorney runs each clinic to help with questions and with the advice/information for clients.
- These clinics are specifically for shelter clients, so the number of clients is typically smaller and allows for individual consultations.
- Also a great opportunity to work alongside law student volunteers who enjoy speaking with attorneys about their experience in law.
Time Commitment
- The clinics typically last between 1-2 hours total in the evening.
- You can sign up just once, every other month, or for a recurring monthly commitment.
